Lilliana's Signature products are handmade with the greatest care and pride. We offer a lifetime replacement guarantee. If anything happens to your accessory we will replace it with another. What do we mean by anything? We mean anything. If a part of it comes loose or falls off we will replace it. If it falls on the ground and gets stepped on, run over, or a dog eats it we will replace it. If you use it to pick a lock or it gets sucked up in the vacuum cleaner we will replace it.  If it gets worn out or you simply don't like the color because it doesn't match the outfit you bought it to accessorize we will replace it. We could go on but you get the point. Because of this generous replacement policy we only offer refunds for Lilliana's Signature products in the most extreme circumstances.

Other products carry a 30 day warranty. Unless defective, items must be unused and returned with original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned as these products cannot be resold and are approved by the buyer before shipping.

Payments / Pricing
We accept all major Credit Cards via PayPal on orders from this site and cash or personal check from pickup orders at local events. A 10% discount is applied to all orders of $50 or more. 

Shipping
Avoid shipping charges by electing to pick it up at one of my events. Check my Facebook Events Tab to see where and when I'll be.

Items are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or USPS First Class Mail  (2-5 day delivery) within the US.  You will be notified via email when your order ships. Additional shipping options such as FedEx or UPS are available upon request but the rates vary by order. Contact us for more infromation.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time you place your order for preparation of your items for shipping.  If you need items sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Shipping within the continental US is $2.95 for a one item order and $0.25 per each additional item.
Canadian shipping is $5 for a one item order. $7.00 for a multi-piece order.

Privacy Policy
We will never share your private information with any other party. We won't contact you unless you specifically request to be put on our mailing list and we will never share your email address with anyone else.  We use a secure server at checkout and all online transactions are completed through PayPal's secure service.

While these are real, functional products, they are not intended for use on children under 12 years of age. Lilliana's, and Swarovski® cannot be held liable if you choose to dress your child with them.
